At Digital Gato LLC, we stand behind our products. We want you to get results. However, because our products (Courses, Checklists, and Automation Templates) are digital assets that cannot be “returned,” we do not offer “no-questions-asked” refunds.We offer a 14-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee under the following specific conditions:

2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must submit a request to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and provide the following proof that you attempted to use the product:A. For Courses & Checklists:

  • Proof of Work: You must provide a screenshot showing you have completed at least one module or implemented one item from the checklist.
  • Reason: A specific explanation of why the content was not relevant to your goals.

B. For Make.com Templates & Blueprints:

  • Technical Support Requirement: If a template is “not working” or you are finding it difficult to set up, you must contact our support team first and allow us 48 hours to help you resolve the issue.
  • The “Unfixable” Rule: We will only issue a refund for a template if our support team confirms that the template is technically defective and cannot be made to function in your Make.com account.
  • User Error: We do not offer refunds for templates if the issue is caused by your refusal to sign up for necessary third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Sheets) or if the issue is a standard configuration error that our support team is willing to help you fix.

3. When We Will NOT Refund

We will not grant refunds if:

  • You simply “changed your mind” or decided you don’t have time for it.
  • You bought a template but decided it looks “too complicated” without asking for support.
  • You refuse to provide the proof of implementation or error logs requested by our team.

4. EU/UK Customers (Waiver of Rights)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day “right of withdrawal” for online purchases. However, by purchasing this digital content, you expressly:

  1. Consent to the immediate delivery of the content.
  2. Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.
